Nicole's Notes: Volume 36 (June 3, 2013)

Happy Monday TOSH Parents and Guardians!

Welcome to the final full week of classes for the 2012-2013 school year! The picture you see at the top of the page was sent to me by TOSH Grad 2012 and pilot-in-training, Calvin Hughes. Ironically, Calvin took this picture on the same day that I was jetting my way home from Alberta. Nice to see a picture of "home sweet home" before I actually landed there!

The final Parent Council meeting for this year will take place this Monday, June 3 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Library. We hope to see as many of our Council members there as possible, as there are still some loose ends to tie up before graduation. I would like to extend a huge THANK YOU to all for the time and effort you dedicated to our Parent Council this year. Some great things happened as a result and we appreciated you partnering with our student Climate Crew to host Kirk Smalley here last week. I will tag some pictures on at the end of this post for people to enjoy. It truly was a powerful assembly for our students on Friday and for the community members who heard Kirk speak Thursday evening.
