Nicole's Notes: Volume 31

An intense game of "Spoons" during noon time Caf duty!
Happy Monday TOSH Parents and Guardians!

This is going to be an exciting/short week at our school! Climate Days are happening Tuesday-Thursday with 100 students and three staff invited to participate each day. Invitations were sent out last week and permission forms are due back Monday at the latest. If your son/daughter did not receive an invite but is interested in participating, just ask him/her to leave their name at the Main Office and we will add him/her to the waiting list.

TOSH welcomes Peter Bolo this week as a Co-Facilitator with Ms. Haire for these Climate workshops. Peter is a retired Leadership teacher and Athletic Director from Westisle Composite High School and a celebrated volleyball coach. He also helped train our CSLC 2008 Spirit Leaders and co-facilitated the April 2011 and February 2012 TOSH Climate workshops.

Friday is a PD day which means no classes for our students. Our staff will be spending this day focusing on the individual department strategies that support our school Literacy goal. We will also be reviewing the results from our Grade 10 common assessment.
